About Our Founder
Ryan McFarlin doesn’t just practice law—he builds, strategizes, and solves problems before they even exist. With nearly 20 years of legal experience spanning litigation, real estate, business law, and corporate leadership, Ryan has done just about everything in the legal world.
🚀 Founder & Multi-Preneur – After years in high-stakes litigation, Ryan launched Gogo Mediation, Inc., a nationwide ADR firm that reimagines dispute resolution. He also co-owns Lightbulb Cardiac, a healthcare consulting and training company, proving that he doesn’t just advise businesses—he builds them.
📜 From Courtroom to Boardroom – Before diving into entrepreneurship, Ryan spent years in civil litigation managing a portfolio of 90+ cases at a time, from business and real estate disputes to emergency injunctions and high-stakes commercial battles. He knows what happens when things go wrong—and how to keep clients out of the courtroom whenever possible.
